Our Policy lasts for 30 days, once 30 days have passed unless your item is under warranty we will no be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Proof of purchase is required for yours item(s) to be eligible to be returned, we require your item where possible to be returned in its original packaging and unused. To return a product please fill in this returns form 2018.pdf.

What Happens When the Product is Returned

We offer Credit notes and Replacement on all returns.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your Returns to be processed.

Once your return has been received it will be subject to an inspection. We will notify you via email to inform you if the return has been approved or rejected. I rejected the return will be sent back to you. If approved we will contact you to confirm the return option.

Late of Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@greenlifecbd.co.uk

Shipping

To return your product, you should send your product to: Greenlife CBD, 791 Stratford Road, Birmingham, B11 4DG.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Information

Free shipping is available on order’s over £50

For your peace of mind all orders are sent with proof of posing and are insured against loss or damage. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email to notify you of this. It will also contain the tracking code for your order, which can be used at http://track.royalmail.com

Dispatch Schedule

We aim to dispatch all order received by 3pm the same day Monday to Friday. Subject to items being in stock.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

For order’s under £50 the following charges will apply:

Second Class delivery: £2.99 (2-3  working days)

First Class delivery: £3.99 (1-2 working days)
